BB Safe | Safeguarding Culture & Compliance
12 month
BBSafe Safeguarding Partnership
At BBSafe we work with not for profit organisations of all
sizes and service types –sports clubs, disability services, aged care, child
and family services, religious organisations, health services, domestic
violence services, aged care, homelessness services and schools.
We know it can be hard to stay abreast of the evolving
landscape in relation to safeguarding – to stay on top of regulation, while
maintaining strong cultures of safeguarding, in environments where people are
dealing with competing priorities.
We also know that cookie cutter approaches to safeguarding
may fail to engage the hearts and minds of an organisation – and we are
committed to bespoke engagements on culture led safeguarding that aligns
with, and speaks to, your organisation’s mission, purpose and values.
Which is why we have developed the 12 month BBSafe
Safeguarding Partnership. The BBSafe team are experts in
safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and we want to support your
organisation to be a shining light of safeguarding in your industry or
sector. We will be on hand for all of your safeguarding requirements –
you will have access to our team whenever you need it, and we work across all
jurisdictions.
As you are finalising your end of financial year spend,
and budget planning for FY25, consider which option might be best for your
organisation.

Frequently Asked Questions
1.
What is the BBSafe Safeguarding Lead
Coaching Program?
It is our signature 6 week program aimed at building safeguarding
capability in your organisations. The program runs three times per year. Over
the six weeks of the program, we will provide coaching in both online group and
1:1 formats to give you the knowledge and skills to engage with authority in
your organisation, understand the legislative environment and to bring others
on the journey that is safeguarding. We will show you how to get the greatest
impact from safeguarding efforts, engage the hearts and minds in your
organisation and make a difference to the culture within your organisation.
BBSafe Director, Sarah Lim, will lead you through:
·
6 x 1 hour group webinars – deep dive into a
content area – covering topics such as: safeguarding culture, systems of
safeguarding, recruitment and screening, the signs of grooming and abuse,
context specific risk assessment, dealing with disclosures, governing for
safety, engaging your organisation
·
6 x 1 hour group coaching webinar – workshop a
specific issue or problem with the BBSafe team and with peers in the program
·
3 x 1 hour 1:1 online coaching sessions – we can
have a look at where your organisation is at, where it needs to go and how it
can get there.
